How are things going for you these days? I bet things will go even better when you really start utilizing Sta.rtup.biz into your daily routine!

If you feel flustered with your social networking skills don’t be too hard on yourself. This is a new genre for almost all of us too.

Best thing you can do is just dive in and start communicating with others.

My own success online has come from my posting so many blogs and discussions here on Sta.rtup.biz. I also spend ALOT of time posting messages on member’s pages as well.

FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DESK...I have been on the other side of the desk when the tenant couldn't pay the rent, didn't have an addendum to the lease for a promise made by the landlord, tenants sales hit bottom, and I have evicted tenants on behalf of the landlord. These are just a few of the many things I have experienced. But what could I do from the other side of the desk when asked for a word of advice from the tenant. Nothing, but bow my head and sympathize, because I was working for the landlord.

NOW, I can speak and I have spoken and the above items have been addressed and much more. It does not cost a fortune, you need not leave your home and the information contained therein is priceless.

I wonder if the small to midsize commercial tenant don’t care, don’t understand or just don’t realize the options that are available to them. Do 'U' Have A Landlord From Hell or A Landlord That Just Don't Know What The Hell They Are Doing???

A sad question to ask, but it is true. Hopefully, this doesn't apply to you. The landlord from hell would be the one that doesn't make repairs, never returns your call and everything is somehow your fault. Attn: Commercial Tenants - 2008 Common Area Expense Reconciliations

It is almost time...

2008 is almost over and landlords are closing out the books. Landlords will be sending out 2008 common area expense reconciliation statements at the beginning of 2009.

It is time to dig out 2007 year reconciliation statement and backup to do your 2007-2008 comparisons. Also, you may want to read your lease and refresh yourself as to what expenses the landlord can pass on to you.
