Established (1990) international consulting firm, with broad expertise in legal/regulatory compliance; business planning and capital search; Resource and Energy exploration and development, renewable energy initiatives.
Presently working with a client to reduce operating costs, environmental impact and improve cost efficiencies by:
1] Closing a 40 DC; relocating inventory to newer energy efficient plant;
2] Implementing use of 3rd Party Logisitcs to further reduce both the environmental impact and achieve cost reductions
3] Integrating Warehouse Management (Client) and Transportation Management Systems (3PL) to achieve cost reductions and operating efficiencies for both parties.
Recently completed a funding search for a web based professional services application, raising $2 million private investment.
