Non-profit organization that services the art, cultural, technology and humanitarian needs of young people and communities around the world. Established in 1956 by President Dwight Eisenhower the purpose of
People-to-People International (PTPI) is to enhance international understanding and friendship through educational, cultural and humanitarian activities involving the exchange of ideas and experiences directly among people of different countries and diverse cultures.People to People International, is dedicated to enhancing cross-cultural communication within communities, and across nations. Tolerance and mutual understanding are central themes. While not a partisan or political institution, PTPI supports the basic values and goals of its founder, President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Our chapter strives to uphold those standards while effectively accomplish our goal of enriching the lives of young people through the arts around the world.
Founded in 2001, OYEAH
(Outstanding Young Educated Artist for Humanity) has been dedicated to providing art training, goal setting, mentors and making humanitarian conscience young people. OYEAH’s artistic young people have a passion for the arts and mankind. Our young chapter members are between the ages of 13-21 who participate in intense art programs in their field of interest. Our adult members help to facilitate the dreams of our young members through mentoring and funding.
OYEAH works to help our young members in the following ways:
Education in the arts and technology through training and scholarships.
Empowering through goal setting, confidence building and mentoring.
Exposure to the arts and technology globally
Enlighten and provide humanitarian opportunities.
Encourage the pursuit of their dreams.
We require all young members to be well educated and participate in humanitarian endeavors with the purpose of helping to create well-rounded young artist who, know their gifts, learn their craft and are socially responsible. Our young members are evolving into young artist who use their talents to give back in positive ways that make a lasting global impact.

P2PI OYEAH is proud to have partnered with P2PI in Lagos Nigeria. We are working hard to provide art, technology and scholarships programs along with an annual education exchange program for our brothers and sisters in Lagos. Our youth are looking forward to visiting our sister organization in Nigeria and excited about hosting a Nigerian youth Atlanta visit.
