Is this a good time to buy a house?
Yes, it is really a great time to buy a house, as a matter of fact it is a great time to buy any property you are able to afford.
What I am saying is, now buying property is better than a great time. For the first time in a long time property is at very, very affordable. If you live in an apartment - you have to pay for rent so now you can own you own property and get the benefits that property ownership gives. One for which is a tax deduction for the taxes you pay annually.
