Have you ever had a business meeting at fine restaurant? Have you ever been involved in social gathering that involved food, wine and cocktails? I would venture to say you have enjoyed such an experience.
Regardless the event, be it fundraiser, networking or business dinner your culinary knowledge of foods, wines and cocktails can become the ice breaker to opening new relationships at these events. I see that you are in Kitchener, Ontario. I was born in Val D'Or, P. Que. and grew up mostly in Montreal. My dad was from the Thousand Island area of Ontario and is buried in Gananoque near where he grew up. I miss him! I have lived in Europe and in the USA for many years and am presently married to an American with 2 teenage boys and recently moved to North Carolina.
Prior to that, I was in Maine for 7 years and travelled 4-6 times a year to Montreal and to Toronto to build my business there. I am looking to expand my business in Ontario and in Montreal.
