Do
you? Most people will want to say yes. In my opinion, too few people do. The great news is it only takes becoming conscious and aware of your personal beliefs about success, your habits, and your perception of what is possible. That, my friends, is the easy part. So many people live in a comfort zone in which they would subconsciously fight tooth and nail in order to keep from stepping across the line into discomfort. We are conditioned since childhood that we should always move from discomfort toward comfort. It feels better, right? It makes everything okay, right? Well, that answer depends on the circumstance. The fact is, unless you are one of the lucky ones who figured it out on your own or had someone knock you on the head to open your eyes to what true growth is all about, you are still comfortable, and prefer it just that way.
Here's the rub. To grow emotionally, spiritually, mentally, or physically, you MUST choose to become uncomfortable. For many, they would prefer to remain comfortable (even if that means remaining miserable) only because it's familiar. Fear is a sonofagun, isn't it?
Do you want to meet more people? Do you want to become a better online marketer? Do you want more confidence to talk to strangers? Wouldn't life be so much easier if you knew just the right people? Do you want to have a healthier body/lifestyle? Could you use more money (not just a year from now, but
NOW)? Would you like to get into better physical shape? Would you like to wake up every day and feel genuinely happy? How often have you asked yourself questions like these?
The fact is, the answer to all of these questions is quite simple. Accessing the solutions to the challenges in your life is quite simple. There are two types of people in the world. One is successful. The other is not. There is one emotion that separates those two types of people.
FEAR.
Ahh, the age old "fear factor." The fact of the matter is that successful people step on fear with an attitude, nay, a lifestyle of "whatever it takes" (of course, short of harming another life or doing something unethical).
I have been applying this philosophy every day of my life since my jolt from my own personal lengthy " awareness hibernation." The results have been incredible and every day I am amazed at how easy getting things done truly is in my life. Fear still crops up, but now I see it for what it is and can strangle it quickly before it takes root and begins dictating my choices and decisions.
There is no cure-all or quick fix for every personal challenge, but there is a cure-all decision you must make for yourself. This decision, and transforming that decision into your lifestyle will become the panacea for your life. Without fear dominating your choices or limiting your possibilities, what or who can stop you? There's one person who will most definitely not hold you back anymore... YOU!
Ask yourself whether you do what it takes to get things done in your life. If you do, then go mentor someone who may need coaching or an eye opening to the potential they are holding back from the world. I believe we all have the responsibility to help each other out along the way. Look to your family and friends. Look to those people who are stuck. How can you help? Don't let fear of rejection, or fear of embarrassment hold you back from doing whatever it takes to help the people in your life. Be the shoulder, the consoler, the ear, the confidence booster, the mentor, the coach, the advisor, and the friend to everyone along your journey. There are enough "no's" and egocentric people out there. The world needs less, not more. Make today a "YES!" day for yourself and another person. Make someone smile, feel special, or just feel lucky today!
Fear is leftover from childhood. We are all capable of standing on our own proverbial two feet and doing whatever it takes in all aspects of our lives. Work hard. Play hard. Help hard. Give hard. Love hard.

Namaste,
