Bruce Gokey has over 20 years experience in retail customer service, 11 years which was management/owner experience and 7 years in custodial. Bruce has taken a several businesses that was failing and turned them around into profitable, viable businesses! Bruce has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and profitability. Bruce knows an ethical, moral company will attract a good, strong, growing customer base, provide fantastic customer service, and have a strong profit. Bruce also knows it takes dedication, hard work, and smart business decisions for any great business to become successful in all areas.

Vern Irish has worked with the United States Forest Service as well as the Michigan Dept of Natural Resources taking care of campgrounds combined experience of 5 years, and has 3 years experience in the motel industry, 20+ years in customer service and 6 years with the United States Postal Service. Vern has also owned and operated his own successful small businesses over the years. Vern has a strong work ethic, and knows giving fantastic customer service is an important key to success. Vern also has 8 years of training and actual experience in the Security field.

Together they have partnered several times over the years in business. Together they work off the others strong and weak points, to make a cohesive team that is unbeatable.
