I have started a new group called Sales Representatives and encourage anyone to join. I think that if we could start a forum more people will be encouraged to join. I have added a couple of topics to get things started and hope that my new members will soon start in with the conversation and add a little of themselves in these discussions. I look forward to hearing others points of view and opinions soon. Please feel free to post at any time.

With all the lead generating systems available today the choices for a network marketer can sometimes be overwhelming. We have to ask ourselves what separates the cream from the fat? For me the choice is simple. It must be a system where the customer seeks you out for the product or service and not the other way around. The only thing left to do is take the order. I like to call these warm market leads. They want to talk to you and they're anxious to learn more about your product or service.… Continue

London Times Obituary of the late Mr. Common Sense -
Interesting and sadly rather true. Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Snese, who has been with us for many years.
No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair;… Continue

Since the Pledge of Allegiance And The Lord's PrayerAre not allowed in most
Public schools anymore Because the word 'God' is mentioned....A kid in Arizona wrote the attached NEW School prayer :
Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow

Fewer big-company chief executives are leaving their posts, and CEOs face little risk of dismissal even after two years of poor shareholder returns, according to a new study.
The Booz & Co. analysis, slated for release Tuesday, suggests that corporate directors often hesitate to oust a weak leader because they lack an internal replacement, a finding that may further pressure boards to bolster management-succession planning. read more

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car.
Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he… Continue

Body: "The soul attracts that which it secretly harbors, that which it loves, and also that which it fears".
God has given all of us believers or non-believers the power of attraction or called the "Power of Intention". If you have never heard of that , I suggest you read some books by Dr. Wayne Dyer. One called the "Power of Intention" or another, "Inspriration".
Basically, you are what you think you are and it's up to you to manifest your own destiny,… Continue

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about aging that you think in fractions.
'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!' You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five! That's the key
You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.
'How old are you?' 'I'm gonna be 16!' You… Continue

Being a leader is a tremendous responsibility. It could easily be compared to being a parent. With this position, people are watching and observing everything you do and say. They observe what you do and they try to look to you for guidance. Often you will see your actions reflected back at you through people on your team. Seeing reflections of yourself should be an empowering experience and not an embarassment. Do you really have the qualities, abilities and desire to be a… Continue

Search Engine Optimization
, also known as SEO
, is a process that directs the spiders, bots and crawlers to your site to read its content and to index the information thus aiding in the search process. Companies are now spending billions of dollars each year on search engine optimization and marketing.
Why do millions of sites languish in cyberspace? Because proper SEO has not been effectively implemented. It is on ongoing process of monthly updates.
