In highschool and college I was headed inadvertently down the road towards obesity, which led to major health problems. I had been thin when I was little, so I didn't think at all that I would gain weight like my mom, my aunts, my grandparents or my uncle. I never dreamed I'd become obese, but I was wrong.

I found out that I have to learn everyday. No matter how I think know! The only time you will stop to learn is when you no long here on earth. We are all teachers we teach our friends and we learn from them.
