I saw a peacock today! Yes – I’m quite excited. I haven’t seen one for many years. What really makes me proud is that I was on my way to an appointment. What are you missing everyday?

I’ve just returned from ten days holidaying in Queensland. Just before flying home we explored the wetlands in Moreton bay. We enjoyed a walk to a bird hide. We stopped at the hide, to look for – yes – birds. But there wasn’t much activity outside the hide and my eyes fell down onto the seemingly deserted muddy, marshy ground. Unsilencing the Lamb

I watched the usual Saturday morning dogs playing at Trigg this week. A small Maltese Poodle that bounds like a lamb is part of our walking group. She (Grace) has no inhibitions, and this week she enjoyed bounding around some friendly babies, who were valiantly trying to keep from toppling over.
