Acknowledging your customers' needs or concerns immediately can result in long term customer loyalty. After all, repeat sales is the goal of every company. Right?

I once taught Business English to foreign Executives for several blue chip multi-national corporations. In my twenties, I traveled a lot and worked with tempermental types in the film/tv entertainment industry. I didn't like the thought of being couped up in an office, so scouting locations for movie studios was fine with me.
