I Am Still Climbing My Mountain
Step by step, little by little,
Over one stone and then another
I'll not look back at my bruises,
I will not quit or else my effort will be in vain.

I Am Still Climbing My Mountain
The road may seem dim,
Success is just around the corner
I am getting closer to the end,
Or else I'll forget how hard it was to begin.

I Am Still Climbing My Mountain
However steep it may be,
I must get to the very top
My teeth are grit ever so tightly
For in my head rings, "NO PAIN, NO GAIN".

Yesterday is gone...Today is here...Tomorrow is yet to be
Differerent stories but success is a must for me,
I know I will get there, I surely will
Through rain, sunshine and even hail.

I focus my eyes straight ahead
I will not give up the struggle til' I am gone and dead,
I will not be hindered by those who doubt or get in the way
I will continue to strive, seek, and continue the fight each day!
