I had retired from the U.S ARMY in 1989 as a COMMUNICATION CHIEF /MILITARY INSTRUCTOR,SFC E-7, most of my tours were oversea and looking back I would not change anything, sure many times there were hot spot and I would have to shift gears to combat the problem but in the long run it was enjoyable, One tour was in Germany I was there 12 years stationed in WURZBURG. My free time I would just hop in the car a 1975 Audi and head on the AUTOBOHN and its true what ever the car/trucks can go thats your speed limit, there is no speed limits on the Autobohn, and when I came back to the States I learned very quickly that "lead foot" had to go. Hi Donald,
Thanks for drops by to my page and nice to meet you.
Abraham Maslow said, The poet must write, the singer must sing and the painter must paint to be ultimately in peace with themselves. There is always way to be friendly with ourselves.

Take care,
Dodo.

Thanks for reaching out to me. I too enjoyed helping children. When in NYC I worked with Dare 2 Dream, a college run club that sponsored Christmas parties for the pediatric dept of Montefiore and Lincoln Hospital. I was the event coordinator and Chairman of the Toy Drives. We were very successful and generated more than 700 gifts each season, making many children happy. Today I'm living in New Orleans writing a grant to bring hope, homes, quality health care, free transportation and education to enhance the lives of thousands of Katrina victims and their families.
