I have gained a lot of friends through network marketing and this site is just TOO AWESOME! If you get a chance to read my comment wall , you'll find that most everyone on StartUpBiz is helpful, sweet , and polite! This site rocks! So, here's my proposition for you! I'm using my business to hopefully sponsor my daughters penpal and bring him to the United States for personal growth, enrichment, and higher education. I will be posting blogs on here, about how the process is going, and keep you all posted on the details. We hope to have him over by January, but, we'll have to see. There is a lot of red tape getting a "foreign exchange" student over the line. So, what about the details so far? Hmmmmm! Let's see what I can tell you..... His name is Brian Kiige Duncan and he's from a small village outside of Kampala called Buwenge-Jinja. The country is Uganda. That's right! AFRICA!!! If you've never googled it, you really should. You don't realize how lucky you are until you see how it really is outside of the United States. Oh, and I should also mention, that you can find Brian here on StartUpBiz! I have taken him under my wing and set him up with his own online travel booking engine for him to help his family earn money! Then we set his site up here on startupbiz to jump start him and get him marketing his site! He must go to the internet cafe everyday to do his business because in that part of the world, you don't have computers in your home. Or microwaves, or washers and dryers, or wow! a lot of things! But, Brian is strong and courageous and he will overcome! He is 21 and he is studying international marketing. So, this will help him to gain knowledge and experience, hands on! They usually wake around 5 in the morning to go to the city and there, he and his uncle and family take the children to school and the adults go to work. He's usually late in the evening arriving home in time to be in bed around 11:00 p.m. He doesn't get much time for play and entertainment these days with school, a full time job, and his studies. I hope to give him a lot of play time when he comes to the United States. Where are his parents, you ask? Well, his mother passed on when he was 3 and his father passed on when he was 10. Since then, his uncle has taken him in and is trying to support him and see that he has a safe place to live and sleep. So, Brians life has not been so easy, thus far. We hope to change that, soon! We are working with Union University here in Jackson, TN trying to get him approved for a student visa. If you'd like to help, we're not asking for monetary donations, but we're asking you to go to his site or my site and sign up! Either buy a site from him or myself for only $99 for the year, and start marketing it yourself and earn travel commissions for yourself,,,,,or just book your travel on either of our sites and help us to raise money that way! Here's the links to our sites, and we really appreciate all you can do to help!
