Should I Offer People My Primary Business Right Away?

The answer to that is a resounding NO!
REASON: I am going to switch the tables around a little. How many of you belong to networks where on a daily basis people fill up your inbox and your page and the forums with sales pitches - enough to make you choke? There is nothing more annoying than that.

Similarly, when you offer just your primary business to people, you have GREATLY reduced your chances of getting that person on board already - why? they are already on the defensive! Too many business opportunities bombarding them, enough to make their head spin! Given many times they are already in a business which they are trying so hard to make it work.

So first reaction - not interested! That's it the door is shut and you are on THE OTHER SIDE!
