I hope to hit a home run with one or a couple of cash parked domains. I don't know if it will happen. I am getting traffic from
theremaybe.com and if you look at the google homepage you will see that "there maybe" gets a lot of hits. I am hoping for typed in traffic and maybe eventually to get listed in search.
I am excited about some other cash parked domains. If I get traffic I will post soon.
Technical terms for cash parked domains is "parked domain monetization". If you want to advertise with a domain but you don't want to sell it is called " domaineering".

Cybersquatting is a form of blackmail and I oppose it. However, getting a name that is close to a trademarked name or a domain that has not been wanted is not cybersquatting:
"In Virtual Works, Inc. v. Volkswagen of America, Inc. (a dispute over the domain vw.net), the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals created a common law requirement that the cybersquatter exhibit a bad faith intent in order to confer liability. This means that domain names bearing close resemblance to trademarked names are not per se impermissible. Rather, the domain name must have been registered with the bad faith intent to later sell it to the trademark holder."
Also cybersquatting is wrongly used to criticise someone who owns a generic domain like "example.com".
