The first Company Alliances Ltd helps software vendors with partners whether strategic alliances, distributors, resellers by designing their partnering strategy for a fee. Once complete we take on the software vendor on a commission only basis to build and manage the partner collaborations to achieve the sales revenue targets. See http://www.companyalliances.com.

The second company markets and sells Know Yourself, Know Others (KYKO) Personality Profiler. See http://www.kyko-uk.com. KYKO tests use a best of the best approach by integrating the best of multiple personality theories into one solution. This allows us to test the high and lows of the personality and increasing the accuracy to at least 85% whereas others can only reach 55%, regardless of the published validation results. KYKO only test to specific job roles, i.e sales professional, sales manager, just senior manager, teacher, graduate etc.
