Introducing Myself

Hello,
I receive an invite to STA.RT UP BIZ recently. Although I'm experiencing the age-old time crunch issue-that any small business owner experiences, I opted to join.

My name is Suzanne Urban, I am an artist who creates illustrative paintings in a non-traditional folk art style and I also create in 3-D sculpting with wool utilizing a technique called: "needle felting".
I sell my art ornaments on eBay and my miniature paintings but recently have elevated my exposure to opening a shop on ETSY.ETSY.

I also run two artist groups, both juried, one national representing artists who create one-of-a-kind art ornaments:

and one local: O.D.A.CT-Original Doll Artisans of Connecticut.

I felt collectively, I could hone my skills, generate feedback on my art and gain more exposure for what I create through starting these two groups.

It's my guess that whoever started this group felt the same way. One voice shouting out has just so much impact, but a crowd? A crowd gets the message out.
