the degree of ease you are replaceable

The accountant serves somewhere between 300 and 400
families annually and his INCOME is reflected by that number.

That guy earns about $28,000 annually,

can be replaced in a NEW YORK minute

and while hand grabbing coins from

upwards of 3,000 people per day, he is
really only serving his boss.

That's why he only earns what it

would take to replace him.

That's a bummer.

You could not replace "The Champ." Therefore they
paid him upwards of 100 Million dollars over 20 years.

Why? Because he set his life up whereby he couldn't
easily be replaced.

P. Diddy and Ru$$ell Simmons

These guys represent over 100 Million music audio CDs
being sold. Think. How easily could you replace these
two guys?

What's wrong? Cat got your tongue? Not so easy, right?

These two fly-cats are the illest of the rap-pack.

How EASILY could you replace P. Diddy and how easily
could you find someone ELSE who could sell a 100 Million
CDs, design clothes and control the HAMPOTONS?

Not so easy. That's why P. Diddy earns what he does.

Policemen

Policemen can be replaced easily. Loads of young
me stand in line to walk the beat. That's why
the STARTING salary for cops is only about $34,000.

Question 1: How easily could you be replaced?

( ) $200,000?
( ) $3.5 Million?

Question #2: What have you done at work to make
yourself HARD to replace?

Question #3: How have you set your life up whereas
it would be very,very,very hard to REPLACE you?

The MORE people who rely on you the more bank you make.

The more responsibility you assume the more cake you get to eat.

Rule # 17 is this

Whatever you do, set yourself up whereby to REPLACE
you they would need 5 Million.

People don't earn on what they are worth

Instead, people earn on what their JOB title pays.

Anyone can be an insurance order taker.

Or you could surmise, to the ease of their replacement.

That simple.
