Note:- Here I am not going to tell you any new thing but the most popular one. Every literate person very well knows the facts about the Balanced Diet. The purpose of my write up is to create awareness among the people keeping in views that every boy is not aware of.

Food is the prime necessity of life. Our daily requiremet of diet should contain all the nutrients required by the body. In simple terms a Balanced Diet is one that is full of all nutrients. There are five nutrients that should be taken daily in our diets.
1. Proteins
2. Carbohydrates
3. Fats
4. Minerals
5. Vitamins
We do take all the above nutrients in our regular diet. But some nutrients that we take is less than our daily requirements. I should elaborate this fact. I am illustrating an example of the common indian dishes. It includes chapati (bread), dal (pulses), rice and vegitables. Most of the people do take fruits very occasionally. But the daily requirements minerals and vitamins are not fulfilled. This common diet gives Carbohydrates and Fats in abundance. Minerals and Vitamins do lack the required amount. Protiens do not have varieties, therefore we don't get all the amino acids required for the body. Protiens are the source of amino acids and different forms of protien contain different amino acids.
There are in all 18 types of amino acids that are required for our body. They are Lysine, Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Threonine, Taurine, Tyrosine, Valine.
So, it is neccessary to suppliment our daily Diets with some good Diet Suppliments that may fulfill all the requirements. I am going to propose one that fits excceedingly well. That is Advanced Liquid Nutrition.
