MERCHANTS WILL PAY YOU TO SHOP ONLINE
As magazines, newspapers, TV, and other companies who rely on advertising dollars feel the pinch of falling ad revenues. Companies are switching their Ad dollars to the internet. This will continue to grow because companies love customers coming to them online. They can easily manage their ROI (return on investment) for their ad dollars. They will also incentivize you to shop online in the form of rebates and discounts. In a lot of cases shipping is free and you don't even have to leave home, burn gas, which is going up again, and fight the crowds. This folks is the future. Recently I went online and bought some restaurant gift certificates through this site for pennies on the dollar. The company was running a sale so I bought $500 worth of gift certificates for $40. Yes $40 no catches. First rate restaurants all local. In my area there were about 70 restaurants to choose from. That was just 1 of the more then 800 stores they have currently with several thousand more in the works. These are stores you already shop at, Home Depot, Borders, Macy's, PetSmart, Target, Starbucks, the list goes on and on. Doesn't it make sense to shop at the same stores you already shop at, just save money doing it?

GO GREEN
As you already know theres a big movement to go green. This particular company has a whole section of "Green" stores with a goal to add several hundred more in the near future. They've hit on the right combination of supporting the green movement and shopping online. Both big growth areas who's future looks very bright.

CREATE YOUR OWN REVENUE STREAM BY HELPING OTHERS SAVE
This company also adds a multi level element if you choose to share this savings information with your friends. Its kind of like going to a good movie. When you do you tell your friends about it. When you can save up to 92% on a product, in this case buying $100 in restaurant gift certificates for $8. Wouldn't that alone be worth sharing with your friends? If they agree with you and join you get $100. And they will love you for it. Sound too good to be true? It isn't..check it out for yourself at http://www.payyourselftoshoponline.com you'll be glad you did. Don't forget to go to http://getthebestcard.com and add even more to your online savings.

I shop on-line for some things, but not all. I do a lot of clothing, computer inks, and beads for my business on-line. Also gifts for out of town weddings because they will ship direct. I also look for free shipping. You mentioned getting gift cards on-line. If you order a lot of the same amount, that would be a good idea. I have gotten Christmas gift cards for all kids, grandkids and others for many years, but they are different amounts for some. That would be hard to keep the amounts straight if bought on-line.

Yes, but I am selective. I also "pre-shop" for things I plan on buying at the store. I compare prices, features, etc. to save time when I go to pick it up. Some things, like shoes, I want to try on first.

I like to do some of my shopping online. It is also a great place to do research on different brands of product, regardless of whether I end up buying it online or not. I do still buy some things from the store if I can get them for the same price just so that I don't have to wait.

we sell HEAPS online, so I also shop online myself... BUT more importantly than actual shopping, it is a brilliant way of pre-shopping for range and price.

I love to shop online. I am disabled so shopping online helps me to avoid the crowds.
