MERCHANTS WILL PAY YOU TO SHOP ONLINE
As magazines, newspapers, TV, and other companies who rely on advertising dollars feel the pinch of falling ad revenues. Companies are switching their Ad dollars to the internet. This will continue to grow because companies love customers coming to them online. They can easily manage their ROI (return on investment) for their ad dollars. They will also incentivize you to shop online in the form of rebates and discounts. In a lot of cases shipping is free and you don't even have to leave home, burn gas, which is going up again, and fight the crowds. This folks is the future. Recently I went online and bought some restaurant gift certificates through this site for pennies on the dollar. The company was running a sale so I bought $500 worth of gift certificates for $40. Yes $40 no catches. First rate restaurants all local. In my area there were about 70 restaurants to choose from. That was just 1 of the more then 800 stores they have currently with several thousand more in the works. These are stores you already shop at, Home Depot, Borders, Macy's, PetSmart, Target, Starbucks, the list goes on and on. Doesn't it make sense to shop at the same stores you already shop at, just save money doing it?

GO GREEN
As you already know theres a big movement to go green. This particular company has a whole section of "Green" stores with a goal to add several hundred more in the near future. They've hit on the right combination of supporting the green movement and shopping online. Both big growth areas who's future looks very bright.

CREATE YOUR OWN REVENUE STREAM BY HELPING OTHERS SAVE
This company also adds a multi level element if you choose to share this savings information with your friends. Its kind of like going to a good movie. When you do you tell your friends about it. When you can save up to 92% on a product, in this case buying $100 in restaurant gift certificates for $8. Wouldn't that alone be worth sharing with your friends? If they agree with you and join you get $100. And they will love you for it. Sound too good to be true? It isn't..check it out for yourself at http://www.payyourselftoshoponline.com you'll be glad you did. Don't forget to go to http://getthebestcard.com and add even more to your online savings.

I definitely shop online, have for years. I've got affiliate links to two of the places I shop most frequently, and they're paying off since my site's topic is directly related to their wares. So the idea of getting involved in affiliate or MLM programs with online shopping is a good one in general. I don't do MLM but I can see the value of shopping online.

I have found that in general prices on anything are much lower online. The cost of shipping and handling is much lower than the cost of maintaining brick and mortar stores. I'm not surprised that the restaurants are jumping in on it, this may be a lot more effective for them than TV or radio ads that everyone hates. Online you can stay focused on the specific groups of people most interested in your business, you don't have to try to please everyone all of the time (which is impossible).

It's also easier to keep track of sales, clearances and seasonal savings online. Postholiday sales are good both online and off, but online they're still likely to go even deeper. I don't pay retail for anything any more.

I do most of my shopping on line. It saves me time and gas. You also get a better selection than you do in the stores.

I believe I must have been the first online shopper. I do ALL my shopping online...saves money, saves time, saves gas, saves mileage on my MINI Coop and I don't have to have all of those loss leads thrown at me. I can shop thousands of stores at one swipe of the keyboard from anywhere in the world!

I truly believe I must have been the first online shopper in the universe. I don't have the time to go to the stores where they throw loss leads at you...too much time to travel back and forth...not interested.

I know what I want and I can search all of the universe with a couple of keystrokes. My time is money...so is my gas and the wear and tear on my Mini Coop.

Bring on the online shopping!

Yup! I'm just one of the millions who shop on line. Books, training materials, clothes, shoes, electronics, home products, makeup, office and business supplies, software, groceries... just about everything! Saves me time, saves me money and delivery is almost always quick, quick, quick! Problem? Sometimes it's difficult to speak to a "live" body. Since I'm a customer service freak, that's they only thing that's lacking...however, I guess if they had to pay for a "body", it wouldn't be that cheap, right!?! Hugs, kelly@CelebrityLipstick.com

I shop online at least once a week or once every other week. I buy everything online besides food for the most part, but if the prices are better locally or close I will buy it at a retailer.

On line shopping, yes I do it many times, especially for Travel and at times for other articles, but one has to be very careful, as with the advancing technology has its positive & negatives both.
