Alright, if you’ve been keeping up with my blogs then you know that yesterday I attend a MIND BLOWING mastermind call, one of the very best calls I’ve ever attended. The information that was shared was JAMMED PACKED with golden nuggets. So like I mentioned before over the next couple of day’s and weeks I will be sharing everything that I’ve learned and give you all of the tips, tricks and secrets that the Top Earners on the Internet won’t tell you.

The biggest question I had when I first started marketing online is “How do I reach the Top Earner Status?” and the even bigger question was “How do I sustain it?” I’m sure those two questions are on your top list as well. Did you know that maintaining top earner success all goes back to the basic understanding of knowing what your market wants? I mean think about it, how does anyone sustain success…by listening to their customers and giving them exactly what it is they ask for. But that’s not all.

If your an experienced internet network marketer then you know that their is a high demand for leaders; you also know that there’s always some new Pre-Launch online business or program popping up everyday. Newbies to internet marketing are constantly in the mindset of looking for the next best thing, but what’s sad about this is not every person they join under are true leaders and most likely lack the skills to teach them how to become successful online.

If you have leads and prospects calling you asking you if your in this new cash gifting program or 1 up system and you say No, then it’s possible that you’ve lost out on a sale and if you get several calls like that a day then you’ve lost out on potential thousands. So what do you do? Well if your a real leader and understand the marketing concept then you already know the answer to this question. But just in case you don’t, I’ll break it down for ya’.

Top earners in the internet marketing industry are constantly shifting with the market. In other words, if their prospects are asking for a certain program that’s hot right now, it would be stupid for them not to position themselves right there too.

“Wait Toni, what do you mean?” Listen closely…If you think that you can join one program and be able to generate substantial moeny from it forever, you’re SO wrong! Top earners NEVER join a business just because they love the business model or the payment plan or the products they have. Established top earners who have created a name for themselves and have a following are NOT gonna leave money on the table. Therefore if they see a change in what the market is wanting, they are going to plug themselves in it too.

Now, what does doing this do? I’ll show you. Imagine that you are a top earner with a well respected name in the network marketing indstry. You’ve got a great following, thousands of people in your downline, generating hundreds of leads per day, and getting tons of call from prospects ever week. When you talk on the phone with your leads you notice that an increasing amount of them are asking you about some other program that you’re not even in.

Instead of continuing to turn prospects away and leaving money on the table, a top earner mindset is already thinking about how to get involved with this new program so that they can get a piece of the pie too. It wouldn’t make sense not to. Listen to what the market is saying and asking you for and instead of trying to convert them, get yourself involved and cater to them. That’s all it really takes to sustain online success…stay informed and in the “know”, find out what that is and align yourself with it.

Now, if your new to the industry I don’t mean for you to program jump ignorantly. This strategy is “How you MAINTAIN your success.“ You always want to be smart and take the time to learn the ropes, it’s better to follow before leading. And it doesn’t mean to take on the false presence of a leader and pretend to be successful and then turn around and can’t deliver success to your team.

Well known leaders and top earner maintain their millions in this way. The average time that a top earner stays in a business is 6 months, the max is 18 months. They do this because that’s the average time that a program stays hot in the market. When the next hot one comes out, they jump again, then the next one…they jump again. They’re always going with the flow of where the money is. The reason this works is simply because of their top earner status and their respected name. Who they are sustains their success. If you hear that Mike Dillard, Gregory Drake, or Dennis Karganilla just joined a hot new program, OF COURSE your gonna jump in and join right under them. Why? Because of there status and who they are, network marketing top earners.

That is key, every up and coming internet marketer wants to be aligned with well known and highly successful leaders and once they’re with them, they’ll follow them where ever they go…from program to program. I know because I’ve done it, and still do, and will continue to do it. That’s why I know what I do now, that’s why I continue to learn and grow, and that’s why the success that I’ve built will never dwindle. That’s what you should be doing to.
