How 1 man sold 1 product to 1.6 Billion people ( Without an internet connection)

Even today this is one of the best selling products of all time

In 1974 in a small corner of Hungary there was a professor whose speciality was architecture. He was always messing around with several theories whilst teaching his pupils .
One day he decided to try and get his pupils to understand and develop the faculties of visualisation of the dimension of the cube.In the following months that passed he developed a magical device that would change the theory of mathematics and make him a multi millionaire in the process.

The origional name of the device was the "Bovas Kocka" and it remained that way until the professor had managed to put a patent on his invention and find somebody to help him put his invention into production.

In the Late 70s the invention goes into production and by 1979 his invention is a huge success in his native belgium.Word began to spread across europe about this new and intriguing toy, thousands upon thousands are snapped up in the shops whilst the children compete to be the first to complete the puzzle.

In 1980 it was a multi national success which saw the demand out run the supply and saw parents fighting in shop aisles trying to get one for their child

As demand grew there were competitions and championships starting up all over the world with prize money running into the thousands to the quickest person who was able to complete the puzzle

There was no reason for the professor to have to build a website , build a list , and get ranked # 1 in the google, Yahoo pages.

This was because he had come to the market with a product or a" niche " that no one was even thinking about inventing , he was able to think out side the box and realised that this product of his would appeal to the curiosity of both children and adults alike.

Today would you be a successful as the professor in your atempt in online marketing ?

Well why not ?

You would need the right mindset to approach the market you want to sell in .

You would need a decent web presence to display your product

And yes you would have to market the product in one manner or the other.

You see the point of this article is to prove to you that you can be a success online but only if you have put all the back ground work into what you really intend to do.
From invention to production it took the professor nearly 3 years to get his product to the world market. It may only take you three months but only if you do your research , do your planning and learn from others on how they have acheived success.

Your success will come when the time is right.

Like the professor said:

"We were all surprised to discover gradually that we had made something original, new "
