Well, a very simple way to do so is to begin focusing on our Physical Peak Potential. Physical Peak Potential?? Yes, Physical Peak Potential. Why? Because if you don't already know, to become rich, you need to first become mentally rich, and on top of that, you need to become physically rich! If you are physically rich, and functioning at your peak potential, you will feel better, you will act better, you will move faster and better, you will look better, you will stand and talk better, and you will be able to attract money better. That's a fact.
The mind and body balance is something that has been discussed for thousands of years, and though I dont know to much about thousands of years ago(not many can truthfully claim that they do)... I know a little bit about today, and if you want happiness in your life, you need to begin practicing today. And if you want to feel better and think better, one thing you need to begin doing today is learning to accept yourself as you are, and then work towards reaching and maintaining your Physical Peak Potential.
There is a formula to this, and it's very simple, yet 78% of the entire population does not do it!! And I bet that percent is even higher, Im not sure, but it's pretty crazy that we totally forget about our human part as human beings, and create so much suffering for ourselves through disease, discomfort, dis-this, and dis-that... Well no more DISSSSSING people, the time to feel better and attract the lavish lifestyle for you and your family is now. So begin taking action today to improve your physical health.
So here is 3 things you can begin doing to day to start your path to becoming physically and mentally healthier!
Step 1 - Create a regular workout routine.
I go to the gym 3 days a week, and I do yoga every Saturday Morning. I have set my days to go the gym Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and I then plan my business and personal schedule around that! That's how important it is. You will begin to notice a huge difference in your life with a regular workout routine. If you need to, get a personal trainer in the beginning to help you get your foundation. I have trained some people, and there are some very important factors that you dont want to miss, like posture, breathing, form, increase and change, 5 most important to achieve the best results
Step 2 - Get a workout partner.
I dont have a partner any more because he doesnt make the time to make it to the gym, and I havent found anybody else, but I am at the point now where I dont need a partner to help motivate me to go to the gym...Though I have been at that stage, and it was very helpful to have one. (actually, now that I remember, I was always the one doing th phone calls and motivating to get their lazy butts to the gym...anyway) If you are unable at this point to motivate yourself to not miss a single workout throughout the week, then get a good partner that can hold you accountable... Plus you'll have fun!
Step 3- Of course, Eat healthy
If you believe that you can substitute vitamins recommended by DR.'s and scientists, for fruits and veggies, you got another thing coming my friend, (I know, but they tell you that you can, right?") Did you know that apples have Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and a few other beneficial nutrients to the human body....well, at least that scientists have labeled. Did you know that They also state there are over 2000 more UNKNOWN Components in an apple, that they have no idea about yet....Yes, 2000!! That means if you want to pop a daily vitamin in place of an apple or an orange, you are only getting about 1.5% of the nutrients that are available to you in an apple, through your multi vitamin. There is a purpose for fruits and veggies on this planet...who put them there? Well, we can state our beliefs of course, but the more important question you should ask is, why are those things here?
Eat healthy, change some eating habits, make a difference in your life, you will notice everything around you reflect your state of being....and in my experience, now that I usually eat organic foods, and wont touch a fast food joint because it would make me sick ( besides the occasional carne asada tacos and pollo asada burritos of course) I feel more energy, more clarity, better stamina, and an overall better well balanced mind and body connection!
So there you have it, 3 steps to improve your physical health today! Take action and see what manifests in your physical well being!
