I am 62 years old. I have written everything from laws and regulations to poetry. That includes magazine articles, web content and many other things, too numerous to mention. I am currently working with two non-profits--one about poverty and homelessness, the other about disability. This is after ten years working on social media for a big newspaper Internet corp. If you can write then learn to write in various styles and to adapt to those whom cannot.

My wife is actually a pretty good editor and reviewer, so she can temper my more bold statements. When my web site is bigger, I will consider bringing on other culinary writers.
