Beginning October 1, 2009 and for 90-days, we are going to eat right, workout hard, and get fit. Despite your age, anyone 18 and over can participate in this challenge. Each participant will select a Team Beachbody (TBB) Fitness Program and Diet plan of their choice. Whether you choose Insanity, P90X, ChaLean Extreme , Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Yoga Booty, it doesn’t matter. TBB offers plenty of resources and tools that you can use for your 90 Day transformation. Select a program of your choice at http://teambeachbody.com/member/sn/MGUEST no later than September 20, 2009 to allow for shipping time.

So let’s get started! It’s all up to you to do something!!!

To officially join the challenge (and be eligible for prizes) you will need to do the following:

1. Join the free online super gym at http://teambeachbody.com/member/sn/MGUEST (see ‘Join Team Beachbody’)

2. Join Mbodyment 90 Day Challenge Group at http://teambeachbody.com/get-fit/supergym/workoutgroup/search?group... (must be logged in to access this link).

3. Post your workouts in WOWY (Work Out With You) over the next 90 days so that you may track your workouts.

4. Email mguest@mbodymentfitness.com with your Name, Email, Fitness Program, and your Team Beachbody ID#.

5. At the end of the challenge, on December 31, 2009, we will give you instructions on final submission.

6. Even though everyone that participates becomes a winner, Mbodyment Fitness will give away prizes subsequent to the end of the 90-day challenge.
