I attended a class about diabetes today, and as the instructor was talking, I realized that it was all about being proactive. She had to deliver a certain amount of information; however, as some of the people in the class that had this disease for many years asked questions that I just knew the answer to. I came to the point that it is about being proactive in whatever you were attempting to do. Whether it is as small as learning something you think that you already know or teaching something to someone that has no idea of what to expect, like me in this class.
Now with diabetes or marketing, or any other business, attaining the best information about what you are trying to do as well as "Persistence." You must have determination, drive, and passion for what you believe in when it pertains to your business. Besides, we know it is easier to deliver your business when you know what it is and you have the knowledge, and belief in what you are trying to market. Passion for a product or service will grow trust from your customers by knowing everything about your service or product.
Anticipating the extraordinary questions that will arise, and you can be assured they will, whether it is from a person that knows all about what you are trying to present, or the novice that needs to have answers sometimes having their hands held without them feeling stupid or just ready to give up you must know your product. This is all about persistence, and being proactive about what your product or service is.
You will only succeed if you are proactive in all areas and aspects of your business, just as I have learned with having diabetes. I have attained knowledge about how to run my own business. I have researched what diabetes is about and the maintenance of it, we have to learn everything about our endeavors in order to be successful.
I am looking for comments on this topic to discuss how persistence, passion, and trust play such an important role in business.
