New Here? How to Effectively Target Your Networking

1) Contact New Members

SUp.biz gets hundreds of new members each day. These members are ready to make connections and network within the community. There’s nothing like “striking when the iron’s hot”, so I’d recommend setting time aside each day to look through the new members of the day. Choose the ones that you want to connect with, depending on your goals and who you are looking to meet.

Then, post a short personalized comment on their wall that conveys you have read their profile. Make sure that short personalized comment also lets them know you’re sending them a message. Then, send the member a message with more detail, and make the title catchy so you’re sure to be read!

Make sure to check out this blog to find out how to get massive traffic through value-added commenting.

2) Send Friend Requests Daily to New Members

While you’re looking through the new members, send the ones with common interests a friend request. There is a maximum limit of 100 outstanding friend requests at any one time. So after you have 100 friend requests, you will need to clear out your requests to make room for new requests.

To do this, go to your “Friends” link on the right side of your screen, then “Requests Sent” and click on “Withdraw” to remove the old requests. Then you’re ready to make more connections!

3) Build a Huge Group for Networking

Building and maintaining a large group can add 10,000 visitors to your profile page and website a month. Check out this blog I wrote for tips on how it’s done.

Good luck networking!

Hi Natalie,

Just read your Blog on what to do when you are a new member, thank you so much for the information as sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly where to start. Very impressed with the system so far.

Love your 3 step process. The pieces of the puzzle seem to keep showing themselves. I am probably to the point where I must become diligent in posting each and every day (somewhere). thank you so much for sharing your tips....I am sure they are truly tried and tested.

Have a great day.
