Keys:

+ Conducts annual negotiations with major suppliers and works with profit centers in developing divisional contracts.

+ Interfaces daily with construction operations personnel on matters relating to the purchasing, documentation, inspection, shipment, and delivery of construction equipment, construction supplies, and permanent materials.

+ Keep division management informed, as requested, regarding market conditions, lead times, and shifts in pricing for materials and services.

+ This position is key to assisting in the accomplishment of division profit improvement programs, cost reductions and avoidance programs; and a key to controlling the higher costs, material purchases, and transportation.

+ Must have a BS / BA

+ Relocation Assistance Available - Yes
