Stay Away From Quotas

I have noticed that a lot of people are in programs or Home Businesses that require quotas.Some of you may ask "What is a quota?' A quota is an amount of products or points that a person must sell in order in to stay active in that particular company. These companies do not care if you make money. Their only concern is how much money they are going to make. The average person cannot meet the quota every month. You may ask "What than do they do?'" Well they have 2 choices, one, drop the membership or two buy the products themselves in order to remain active. Now we all know people who have rooms or even garages full of unsold products. Can you imagine a room full of Vitamins or a garage full of cleaning products. People, I don't care how great these products are. If you cannot sell them, than why stay in the business. This is continuous. These same people recruit people and than the next thing you know someone else has a room full of Vitamins, or Healthy Shakes You may ask, What happens to these product? We all know what happens to most of them they end up in our landfills contaminating our soil and water. .Remember the only reason companies set quotas is so that they make money not you. Now don't get me wrong, some people do make a great living selling these products. But the average person cannot meet these quotas. People stop throwing good money after bad. Quotas are set for the company to make money not you.
