It is just a week since another awesome biz event, the 2009 Kick Off in LA. The biggest idea I brought back from LA was that YOU need to immerse YOURSELF in YOUR community. I am here to assist YOU in your success. As YOUR Summit Advisor, I am committed to assisting every person on my team. It is my goal to assist YOU in achieving YOUR personal and professional goals. It is YOUR DESIRE that is one of the most important components in reaching YOUR goal. I cannot want success for you more than YOU want it. I promise to do my part in assisting YOU, please, remember YOU must be coachable and trainable.

There are SIX things that successful leaders do:

1. YOU must have a written goal. YOUR goal takes on power when you write it on paper.
2. YOU need to affirm that lead generation is EASY. YOU have the tools you need. Don't spend endless hours trying to figure out the Internet.
3. YOU need to put YOUR focus on income producing activities: generate leads, put qualified prospects on business overview calls, follow up and collect decisions.
4. YOU need to attend events~best OPPORTUNITY to mastermind with other leaders. Attending events shows YOUR level of commitment to yourself, your prospects and your team. Others will want to duplicate YOU. The events keep YOU in the environment of success.
5. YOU never affirm any lack or scarcity; stay in Prosperity Consciousness. Our world is abundant.
6. YOU must expect leadership, allow it, and BE the leader. DO give your testimonial on the business presentation calls. HAVE results.

Practice personal development everyday. There are two types of energy, positive and negative. Maintain a positive attractive flow; release the negative chatter in your head. The better mood you are in the better success you will have. BEing happy and on purpose creates a positive vibration. As a result, operate with certainty. Short comings make you more attractive to other people. No one is perfect; we all have our idiosyncrasies. If you have love in your heart and feel abundance in your mind you will know that YOU are bigger than any obstacles. A positive vibration for the people around you will be a force for you to succeed.

If you only do one thing, act in the moment absolutely on purpose, go on a MEDIA FAST. The media is so full of continuously negative news that it brings negative vibrations into your flow.

Life is a game of confidence. LOVE YOURSELF. Take action, get in the game, and get out on the field. We are all created to SUCCEED and WIN. Achieve YOUR goals.
