When things are looking down - look up!

Hi there friends & Happy Holidays!
I just wanted to give you all a mid-week thought for looking up!
I am reading the most amazing material on the mental science of success & every line I read
is like a new part of me becomes awake & alive.
One major light-bulb moment I had is when I read that the most single & important key to success is only contingent on "1" thing - mental control & your 'will' power. Your 'will' is the controlling factor of your mental control. So, when times get tough, be it in your relationships, your business, or any other hurdle in life you may come up against, it is your pure 'will' that drives your mental attitude to how you react towards that situation.
If you have practiced a strong will power to resolve any situation & move forward in growth & understanding you will achieve success. If however your 'will' power has weakened, you may fall in with majority or react in a less than spiritual, ethical, or merely give up which will provide a less than optimal outcome.
Your will power can be improved by practicing your mental energies. What energy do you carry around with you throughout your day? Are you feeling defensive, or burnt out, or exhausted, or energetic for "what's next" or do you carry fear or hesitation with you? By doing a mental check throughout your day & re-evaluating your energy, holding firm on the outcome in your mind, you will undoubtedly reach more favorable result. Thought energy is the most powerful & pure energy you can create. It can take you to unbelievable heights & the most amazing manifestations. Your intentions must be to obtain further personal growth & understanding or the outcome will always be met with mixed results.
Anyhow, I wanted to share a little with you & hope that even in the toughest of times, there is nothing you cannot do, be or have! It all begins with a thought!
