I must say this in the defense for Prepaid Legal. I have been a homebased business member of their for over 7 years. I LOVE IT. The return on my monthly fee of $49 investment is literally infinite.
I probably call into their office about once a week for consultations. I have had them set up my will for free and update it at least once of year. I am in the process of having attorney's referred by them help me set up a trust for my assets. I have received numerous amounts of refunds from people or companies that have scammed me.
When my husband and I had our identity stolen twice having Prepaid legal helped smooth out the HUGE inconvenience. I also teach what the rich people teach. If you are going to being doing busiess you need to have a team. Having prepaid legal and using go small biz along with many other resources they have provided. I SAY " Any new business owner who wants to set up a solid foundation should have their own attorney and prepaid legal for consultation and basic day to day issues."
