I did have a great weekend and it started Thursday nite with my daughters birthday and Friday we watched a movie together that none of us had seen yet and it was so good we watched it again Saturday afternoon. We are all nature lovers and it was about 3 kids who had a passion for being nature photographers with lots of adventure. And now I'm getting ready for the week. Thanks also for your interest in info about my work. Although I own a "regular" real estate brokerage here in Vancouver, I am actually not licensed with the brokerage! :-) I own a second company that provides Relocation Services to those Clients who are moving from one community to another and want some help with that whole process. That second brokerage is Hearth & Home Northwest, which you'll see on my SUp page.

Basically, without cost to my Client, I do research, gather demographic information, locate and interview prospective professionals in the new community to help my Client with various aspects of their relocation such as moving personal property, school district and specific school issues and people info, real estate services in finding and purchasing their next home, property management services if they will be leasing rather than buying their next home, Title co, inspection services, lenders, special interests and needs (piano lessons, horse stables and riding arenas, kennel services throughout the relocation, karate classes....and on and on)

In short, I do the research and interviews that will be timely and exceptionally useful to my Client, easing their transition from one community where they know all those things, and into a new community where they know NONE of those things and don't know GREAT people in the new community to call about those things.

Once again, my services, which can be quite comprehensive, cost my Clients ZERO dollars! :0

That's a nice bonus I think!

I had started sending art since it was a quick way to keep in touch because of my busy schedule. Also when I receive art from friends it always cheers me up, especially during stressful days. With my busy schedule it's not always possible to take time to write to every one of my over 200 friends. But I will take the time to write more often when my schedule permits.
