1. Figure out where you are.
-After you figure out where you are, either celebrate or change.
2. Where do you want to go?
3. Why do you want it?
4. Go out and fine a model.
-Who is the best person I can learn from?
-Learn their system.
-Once you do it, you can do it again.
5. Immerse yourself in it.
-Live it, head to heart.
-Repetition.
-People's day-to-day patterns are the biggest factor as to where people are.
-The more time you spend with someone, the more you pick up their patterns.
-The belief systems people have are the difference between people.
-Any moment you can choose your belief, focus, etc.
1. Health/Energy
2. Emotions->act or react
3. Time Management
4. Relationships (affected by the above)
5. Work/Career/Mission-saying I have to go to work/my job, is different
than saying you are working on your career or your mission.

7. Your financial system-how do you manage your finances?

-Saying "I'm working on it" is an emotional credit card. It buys you
time...a day...a week...months...years. This leaves people in constant
stuck pattern.

1. Empowering belief->will translate to action
2. Limiting beliefs
-Beliefs are like a muscle. The more you use them the stronger they
get, good or bad.
-If you hit a plateau, you can sit and be stuck or go through the list
of five points above...figure out where you are, where do you want to go, etc. and start moving forward.
-How you control your mental state everyday is key.
1. What you are focusing on equals what you are feeling.
2. How you move your body-the more you move your body in a positive way, the better you will feel.
3. The language you use-do you say something is a failure or an
opportunity, is something stressful or an interesting challenge, etc.
