2 pkgs Nestles (or other) semi –sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg Firm Tofu
Your favorite essential oil – tangerine, raspberry, peppermint, nutmeg
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
While chocolate is melting, cut the tofu cubes into squares.
When chocolate has melted, pour chocolate into food processor. Add tofu cubes and blend until you have a smooth and creamy texture.
Add 2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil
Let the mixture rest for about a half hour in the food processor.
Measure out – by teaspoonful – the chocolate, roll into a ball in the palms of your hands.
Set on wax paper and let sit over night. You will be sure to please even the most discriminating palette!
For a little pizzazz, roll the balls in crushed walnuts, peppermint, or coconut – and enjoy!
