I call it conscious spending. People would be surprised how much they waste on senseless items. Self discipline, focus, good relationships with people and your God, and investing in items that help you achieve your goal are omnipotent.

You know the saying. Inch by inch it's a synch.

These are some really great ideas I would have never thought of. Hoever, I do by day old bread and I still do make my own salad dressing with ketchup and mayo, and tomato soup with ketchup and hot water. Also if you melt down a small chunk of a large chocolate bar, add your coffee and a little cream in a blender, viola, mocha frappachino. or you can use coffee that you left in a pot to get really strong and some instant cocoa powder, same deal and better than Starbucks.
