Great interview! I too am a small business owner (web-based). I am just starting to research the social networks as an avenue to promote my products and services. My experience is very limited, but I do find that my search engine rating has improved and I am getting more visitors. By the way, we have an excellent line of custom laser etched crystal gifts and awards.
