The Ultimate List of DoFollow Forums
Here's the list that my SEO company uses to help our clients get top positions for specific keyword strings. If you are an amateur SEO'r, then it is a pretty simple process.
The Process
1) Sign up to each forum
2) Create a signature with your keyword string going to the optimized page
3) make about 25+ posts over a two week period
4) enjoy the profits of having a first page Google listing
Tip: If you make a compelling signature that makes people click, then you will also get an extra 10,000 unique visitors from direct clicks.

V7N Require 50 posts before you can add a signature by the way. Just so you lot know. There may be a couple of others on there that require things like that too.

Wow... this is an extensive list.
