Glyniel Garner is the founder of New Horizon Coaching Associates. As your Life Coach, I am a product of overcoming my own life challenges, pain, and difficulties that you and many others are experiencing. As your personal coach, I will assume an ongoing partnership modeled to help and empower you to produce solid results and finding awareness of direction in your personal and/or professional life. I am devoted Christian personally, and aim to help you improve your performance and enhance your quality of life.
Solution Focused Coaching, which is a future oriented, strength based representation of communication that holds several key presuppositions from NLP, which is one the techniques used in the coaching experience.
I will provide you with the opportunity to discover insights without the pain of having to experiencing it on your own. I seek to elicit ideas and strategies from you for I know you are naturally creative and resourceful. My goal is to provide support and to recognize the skills, abilities, and creativity that already lies within you.

In the process, I will offer you a consultation assessing what you can expect to accomplish through coaching, discuss the challenges you are facing, explore the stumbling blocks that hinder you from moving forward and what your vision is for your life. I will connect with you to discuss your possibilities, help you get in touch with the fears, sorrow, pain and challenges that have caused your setbacks, and stretch your present situation towards attracting the exact results you desire.
In addition to Life Coaching, Glyniel is the Founder/CEO of L.I.F.E. Enrichment Ministries. L.I.F.E. Enrichment Ministries, which serves individuals, couples, and families through support, recovery, and study groups, crisis intervention, personal support, biblical counseling, marriage and family enrichment, discipleship, mentoring, needs assessment, and referral resources.
