You can make employee Id cards as well as do employee background checks. You can also make ID cards for your youth in the program as well.

They do great work, and background checks are pretty good, and only cost $10.

I use this company for my employee background checks, in addition I also have the employees go to the local police dept., and get a background check from them as well. And if the employee has not lived in the same state for more than 2 yrs., I do an FBI check on them as well.

The employee pays the fee and we refund them, if everything comes back ok.

We also search local registries to make sure that they are not a pedophile.

Lastly, employees must submit driving record and car insurance. For employees driving company vehicles, there driving record must be suitable to our companies insurance.

I am new at this just as you are, and I am still learning. I try to protect our clients as well as the business ans our employees.

The important thing is to do everything and if you have to question it...check it.
